  • hi john,

i just signed with positivecard.co.uk they are better than pre paid cards coz they let me have 5 direct debits per month, mastercard debit card, wages paid in and can pay cheques in at barclays for 1 quid. they charge £9.95 per month for mth account but its the nearest account to the banks i can find without massive disappointment when applying. i too applied for co-op but they flat refused!!

have a look at positive i'm impressed. i only started looking couple of days ago and waded through loads of rubbish on pre paid card etc... but nobody i could find offered comprehensive current account facilities but positive do!

best of luck out there mate and hopefully life will get positive for you LOL!
