    SN children are all very different anyway,so anyone, experienced or not would need to work out ways and strategies of helping them. The teacher is there to help with that, along with people from the relevant agencies involved.

    Chances are,if he's been there since Reception,they'll already know what works and what doesnt.

    I agree with Spud...I think the qualities they will be looking for more than experience will be patience and a good sense of humour....you have them in spades Sally...

    Thanks Spud thats really useful..Personally I think anyone who has children knows they are all different and each day can totally change how they are and the way they behave so I guess I have that advantage!

    It wasnt just me Sammy, DH nearly blimmin died laughing when I went home and told him I.d been offered a job in school.
