evening
Have had lovely afternoon in the sun playing football with B. Am so tired now though but she is like the duracell bunnie and still going!
Got job application to fill in tonight and a few bits to sort out. Oh should hear about job tomorrow..not sure about it either way TBH
Is that the teaching assistant job Sally.....not sure what to say about the OH..
Linda getting chickens has just reminded me. I had a letter from my council this morning. We have two bins - a grey one for household waste and a green one for garden waste. The garden waste is collected March to Nov..so we went from weekly household collections to fortnightly. Then last year they introduced a £30 charge for the green bin collection.
Now they are stopping our recycling bins (seperate paper and tins/plastic etc) and 'giving' us a brown bin for recycling - which we just dump everything in. We will get our brown bin when we pay for our next year Green bin collection.
The letter is very cleverly worded and unless you read it closely you don't realise that you are getting charged for the brown bin...

They're so cute, I've ordered a book on starting up so I can have a good read of what's involved and I've contacted the council to find out about possible restrictions

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
