Hi,
Just wanting to compare bills really.
Myself and OH both have iPhones with a £45 per month contract, however these last couple of months our combined bill has been roughly £200, we have contact 02 and have received no response, but we genuinely dont see how it comes to that much, we dont text each other much as we use facebook as the internet is free.
Is there anyway of tracking this, so when you hit your limit you know, or it stops you making calls or something?
We cant keep paying £200 a month.
Thanks X

Doesn't 02 have on-line billing where you can see your bill in detail. I dont know as ive never used 02 myself.

Works for me. You need to use the username that O2 give to you and the password. Just checked mine and it still works. It is around 12 hours behind.0 -

Thats great if only it works for the OP
Im curious too why the bill is high. I could only assuming either going over your limits (min/text/internet) or subscribing to services like multimedia text messages been sent to you.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Just dump the iphone and get a blackberry storm! I did, and I love it!When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

The storm, one of the worse phones in history...Maybe you need to do some research before posting
To the OP, register at O2's site, some people have been having spurious amounts added to their bills for roaming calls they never made. Also, are you definitely using the inclusive apn's to access data?

If you are with O2, call 2302 and talk to billing. They are pretty good and it is free to call.0
