    Bacon & egg sandwich
    cheese & spring onion omelette
    broccoli bake
You could make a quiche (bacon, eggs, broccoli & spring onions)
    Carrot & coriander Soup
    Macaroni cheese

  • Quiche and omelette sprung to my mind too. Are they too foreign?

  • My favourite egg thing is tortilla baked in the oven. Fry up some veggies and bacon - whatever is lying around - whilst preheating the oven to 170 C. This can also be done in the oven. Then break 6 eggs into a bowl and whisk. Season. Pour over veggies and top with grated cheese, if desired. Bake until golden.

The recipe changes all the time. It's like quiche but no pastry. If you have the oven on, you could also bake a cake to go with it and a traybake for the freezer.

Broccoli Cheese (like cauliflower cheese without the cauliflower :D) with bacon and spring onions in the cheese sauce would be nice.
