Hello
I would freeze the broccoli, carrots, bacon - cut into lardons if its just a small amount and cheese grated and bagged. This leaves the eggs, soft cheese and spring onions.
Soft cheese is great made into a sauce for pasta - see the philly website, spring onions can be used for cheese and onion sandwiches, quiche. Eggs - i would make omlettes, pancakes, have a baking day, quiche, cooked breakfasts etc.
