I made (stoneground) Walnut bread today, its fab:drool::drool::drool:
Not that MSE, the bag of walnuts was £1 in Tesco & I used half on one small loaf, but maybe I put more in than the shop one would have.
Last night I made dough, which I turned into dinner rolls:D:D:D
The dough was really weird, it was like a pillow when I took it out.
Last week I made a flatbread dough for flatbreads to go with homemade shish kebabs.
I'm getting into this aren't I:D
Am I right in saying I can't use my breadmachine for Irish brown soda bread?0 -
I still can't get my bread from ingredients to go right- It's not the breadmaker as it makes brilliant bread from packet mixes:jMummy to 2 small 4 year old bundles of mischief!:j0
