Silly Q here but what do you use all the advantage points for? I know you can use it to buy things instore, but is that available on everything?
Yup, pretty much everything, I think it excludes, prescriptions, under 6 month baby milk and recently, phone top ups. Personally, I'm saving for perfume (for me) and they also come in very handy during the sales. My only rule is that they are mainly spent on ME :D - I worked hard to get them, after all!

Oh yes, I agree wholeheartedly. They are MY points LOL

Having said that, I did buy something really good for DS a few months ago. He needed a new electric shaver. I'd been looking for a while and then one day in Boots in Glasgow I found a great bargain on clearance. Same one was £110 in Comet at the time, but clearance was £35. I had plenty of points at the time so decided to treat him. He couldn't say he didn't want it, as I'd have had great difficulty returning it.

The moral of the story is "Always print when you are offered vouchers. They may not be offered another day" :(

Out of interest, do the vouchers have to be used on the day you print them?

Thanks everyone for the help and advice on here, but my luck wasnt in today. Firstly I didnt get the 750 points voucher and also there were no R&M lippies although to be honest I completely forgot to pick up the mag with the other coupon in it. I wonder how they decide who gets which ACM offer because neither me, my mum or my sister got this offer.

  • Yay, I managed it 3 times, worked it out from the OP but thanks to the person who posted what order the vouchers needed to be put through in... I now have £30 of Boots points and 6 lipsticks - perfect for starting my new job next month!
