Tried to use the 750 pts voucher on 2 reduced R&M products and the sa refused to give me the points......she even called over her team manager. Then she insisted on calling cs to ask why there were no exclusions on the voucher? I beat a very hasty retreat! Didn't really know what to do?

What was the reason for refusal? The voucher scans ok!

we used 3 points vouchers and they all went through fine today. No R&M bits left in Milton Keynes store now!!:rotfl:

Just go to another SA - I have to admit there are a couple of SA's I just won't go to if I know I'm getting a particularly good bargain/loads of points, as they'll try anything not to give me it.

The pharmacy counter, or the photography one, I find have SA's who will, in general, be happy to scan your items and your vouchers.

Well I got 5 of the R&M make up bags and managed to use my no7 voucher and it cost me 94p altogether lol and I got 750 points as I used another voucher from ACM!!! Very happy girl here!!

Yesterday it offered me the voucher but (Stupidly) I didn't print it thinking I'd do it today, now it isn't offering me the voucher. How annoying!!

I've been today and got 2 R&M lipsticks which were reduced to £2.75, plus the voucher use and then went through again with 3 makeup bags and 1 lip gloss zip up.
Total cost 89p. Lots of points! Whooohooo.
