Hi, i recently changed my Mothers tariff with Scottish Power from the fixed price deal that was coming to a close over to Fresh start as this seems like a very good deal for OAP'S, i have been assured two or three times over the phone that this change has taken place but what worries me is that i have nothing to back this…
