We have a dual fuel tariff with EON which includes economy 7 but wish to change to a normal tariff as no longer have storage heaters.
Can we change this online. Cant see anywhere when Im logged into our EON account.
Do we need to call them out to change the meter?

This has been covered lots of times in the gas section.
You need to contact them.
Some companies don't need you to change the meter, they aggregate the 2 readings. I have this arrangement with BG e.g if my E7 meter reads 200kWh and day meter 1,000kWh, I am billed for 1,200kWh on the normal 24/7 rate.
Others insist on a new meter.
Some try and charge you for the new meter, with others it is free.
If they do try and charge you for the new meter call their bluff - they can waive charges. Threaten, or indeed move, to a company that do not charge!!0
