We all rock. We really do. When the rest of the world is saying 'Ooooh, the TV says I must have all these shiny things' we're becoming the advertisers worst nightmare. Yes, we all owe people money, but I'd like to think that we're all learning to appreciate the smaller things in life and not just reaching for the plastic for a days pointless spending when we get upset. No, we log on here and rant at each other!

Can you imagine what it's going to be like when we're all debt free? We wont know what to do with the extra money, as we (hopefully) won't expand our lifestyles to fit the cash! I know I enjoy the feeling that I'm coping on my own, and being able to look after my daughter on so little money.

Got to reiterate what OberonSH has said. It is tough, but it wont be forever & it will be more than worth it in the end!! It's a small price to pay to secure a stable & secure future (and bank balance). You have come on leaps and bounds, so please dont give up!! :T :T :T

Breakfast in bed sounds a good idea to me.......can I have scrambled eggs on toast & orange juice please?!

Seriously tho, think you need a "treat" - long walk in country or by seaside, play frisbee with kids in park & go on the swings, even walk along a river or canal bank - soooo quiet & peaceful - whatever you decide, it will refresh you, fresh air & excercise will help you sleep & boost your energies for the ongoing juggling.

Have a good weekend & keep those pennies in the air!

A little suggestion....doing the £2 thing realised that I didnt have a goal...so decided that I will save the money for a real treat which fo rme is a facial or relaxing facial (as opposed to owwie one!) and it made me feel great & less like I was trudging endlessly with no treats...Ok its going to take me ages & yes I could spend £35 on debts but because this is going to take YEARS also need to recgnise that I need some treats along the way...not many mind - just the odd one!! Its made a huge difference & I feel quite excited that I have something to look forward to (other than selling all my stuff on ebay, saving money & DF date of course!)...
