I would stay well away from the Volkswagon Fox as their "premium" cars are shockingly built so the budget one could be horrendous.0

Another vote for the Fiat Panda here, I have had mine for 3 years from new and love it, not had any problems. I talked about it at work so much that 2 colleagues have now also bought... I should be getting commission!Marsh Samphire0

Unfortunately the cheapest new car will be one of the most expensive cars you'll own.
You really are better off spending the same money on a second hand car.0
