Well spoke to them, they said it was because it was out of stock. They then checked again and it was back in stock so they have re-ordered it for me and gave me another order number. Same price etc.
Bit strange how it was back in stock within minutes of receiving the cancellation email.

He said it should be with me in 2 -4 working days.
Not sure what happened but if you get the same email just ring them up, phew i am just glad to get it for that price.

So will I be:D I had to buy the perfume last year which I ended up selling on ebay but opening the account at house of frazer got me 10% off all fragrances, then the gift which was around the same price as this year, then we got rejected for the card and ended upin the shop around 1 hour but the lady serving us was so apologetic she went around the store and gathered up some freebies for us, toiletries, sachets, samples with 2 make up bags as an apology to us, it ended up we were in profit as we got all that and then the ebay sale was the same price I paid for it ,very long way around something that this year is just very simple, debenhams website, buy deliver done:D

I have a goldie that im not going to use, had so many this last week or so and have stocked up on everything i need! So if anyone wants it just let me know, on here please MSE goes all funny on me when i get pms :S

I tried this with two brushes and although the SA tried to put the voucher through the till wouldnt have it. I had already successfully applied a goldie to the sale however so I dont know if maybe it would work if the extra points were put through first then the goldie taken off.
