Hi does anyone know how a refund works on the xmas 3 for 2. I bought 6 items and i need to return 2 of them. This is what my reciept says
Item 1 - 12.00
Item 2 - 10.00
Item 3 - 00.00 - This is the one i want to return
Item 1 - 8.00 - This is the one i want to return
Item 2 - 6.00
Item 3 - 0.00
Does the 3 for 2 effect how much i will be refunded? How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard - Winnie the Pooh0 -

This is my first post here. After reading the forum last night I tried my luck today with the R&M vouchers. Didn't get a 750 points one from the ACM (? how come?!) but I bought 2 R&M mascara brushes (£4.00 each) and used the postal £5 voucher and the goldie. The self service machine gave me back £2.00 in change! So if you bought a R&M eyeshadow brush for £6.00 and used both vouchers, in theory the self service machine would give you £4.00 cash back.
Does anyone know how I can get another invitation to the evening event as I think I threw it away, the one where you get all the points when you spend £50?
Thanks!

Not everybody gets the same offers in the ACM so dont worry you didnt do anything wrong!
You dont need an invitation to the points evening, you just turn up! Shop is open to everybody!0 -

You will need to bring everything back and they will then put it all through again with the things that you want to keep. So the £6 item will probably be the free one with the first set. Then the item 3 on second set you will have to pay for. Does that make sence?0 -
I have 3 goldies and no idea what to spend then on. Im all R&M bought out nothing more i can get lol
so saving them for the boots night. Wondering what ways i can use them.0 -

It took me a while, go to the website, locate store and make sure you have the christmas evening box ticked. A list of all your local stores should be listed. You have to click on the store for details and if you look at the opening times, you will see the date for the xmas evening.
Hope that helps, x0 -
Thanks for all the advice on this thread, without you all I would be clueless!!
Sadly no r & m vouchers for me or even reduced r &m or even the slightest hint of reduced shaving sets anywhere but still happy with my fistful of no7 vouchers:j
I have 2 vouchers for toni & guy 300pts acm and 150pts magazine both say extra pts when you buy 2 x full size products. Does anyone know if they work together?
TIA
as replied by others the 2 vouchers do work together plus they work on reduced toni & guy0 -

In boots stores you have to buy a fragrance to get it for this price, but at Debenhams online you can get it without ordering the fragrance (well i did anyway). I paid £44.10 for it i the end with a code for Free Del and 15% off
Have included some links if any one is interested,
