Hi, hope you don't mind me asking but how did you manage to use the goldie and pay with points too? I'm only asking as I thought we weren't allowed to pay with points when using a voucher. Tia x

Must admit, that had me confused too! I didn't just think it wasn't "allowed" - I didn't think it would work.

  • I had a very unsuccessful trip to Boots in Livingston this morning. Thought I'd use a goldie with the 3 for 2 on the bathing range which has been discussed on here yesterday but when I asked the SA to double check it was on 3 for 2, as no signs, she scanned on the till and said no it wasn't on 3 for 2! So I ended up just leaving it - still have 2 goldies but didn't want to use them for the sake of it unless it was going to be really worthwhile. Also looked at the codes on the GWP and they're all the same as the one I got the other day, ie probably the one without the points voucher in it - grrrr!

Get the bathing range its on 3 for 2, yesterday I bought 3 at £8.75, so as the origional total came to over £22 I got the gift! The 2 came to £17.50 minus goldie and it was £12.50!!
I have 2 more goldies to use and the points voucher that was in the gift so Im unsure whether to get more bathing goodies and get another gift or not. Hmmmm!

I looked in 2 large Boots today and the stay perfect compact foundation is £13.50 not £10.50 as has been suggested on here.
I didn't actually get it scanned, is it going through as £10.50?

No it only works on the no7 compact foundation which is £13.50, i think someone got mixed up with what foundation it can be used on. Hth

lallybroch, No.7 bathing range is definitely on 342 in all of my locals, they have signs up. It's 342 on Boots.com too. All indulgent bathing is 342 at the moment (selected Sanctuary, FCUK, S+G, etc.)
    No.7 Bathing Range
I got 3 x No.7 Body wash, got the GWP, used a goldie, all for £12 (London prices )

zigmeister - last time there was a skin care voucher out you could indeed use one per item, so, eg buy 2 skincare items, use 2 skincare vouchers in one transaction - it lead to a fantastic acm points glitch - here's hoping something similar will turn up this time!
  • No 250 points in my GWP :(
I looked at the wrong barcode! There's a barcode and then a number in italics underneath it - AVOID the one that end's in 399 as other people on here who got this also didn't have the 250 points voucher!

I was in a hurry and looked at the barcode which didn't end in 399 - but I didn't notice the number underneath!

The person who posted about the voucher originally didn't say it specified a foundation, just said No 7 foundation, so I looked for the cheapest one they do, which is the £10.50 one. Hoever we've now found it's only on the compact, so glitch is £3.50 after mag voucher and goldie.

Phew I didn't even read about that when I got given one today (they were behind a POS next to the SA) :o Luckily I have a points voucher in mine, if anyone is interested the number under my barcode is 409
