Hi jenny,
we had planned to complete on the 16th too, only our buyer is now waiting on a revised mortgage offer, due this week
our solicitor has said as soon as this comes in we're good to exchange!
my question is about postal re-direction
have you set yours up yet, if so do you mind me asking when !?
only the post office state they require 10 working days notice
so how can this be set up after exchange, if there's only a week between the two ?
cheers jason0 -

Also when we moved we were able to put our post on 'hold' until the redirection as there was under 5 days before we were moving out, then they just posted it to our redirected address as soon as the 5 days kicked in and the redirection was active. (they charged extra though )0
