Mobile fault & Insurance Help Quick Please

Hi,
During today the buttons on my phone stopped lighting up for about 1 hour but now they are working,
I rang oranges insurance and told they and I am getting a replacement phone tomorrow,
I am just worried in case they say they cant find a fault as they are working fine now,

Should I still get my replacement phone beacuse I have been paying £6 a month incase this does happen but the fault has gone,
I dont want to get in any trouble!
