Hey Cheghead, how did you get on with your problems with TT?

Sorry servalan. Me thinks you will be losing your rag. If it comes to it, get emails from people you speak to. Verbals are useless as everyone gives a different story depending on which way the wind is blowing.

for examples of other peoples bad experiences. I hope your problem gets sorted as yours seems to be a technical issue. Maybe technical support are better than CS.
    All the best.

Hi sloughflint....still waiting to hear back from them about the money I owe. They have got it down from £57 to £34 but haven't sent a bill or explanation as to what I owe. Guess they're so busy with signing up problems that they 'might' forget all about me!
What did I say about the most used phrase here as "told you so" when this 'free offer' all started? :))

I had this problem and tech support for my wireless router people solved it. You need to reduce the MTU value to something like 1400. If still problems make it smaller until they go away.
