GET YOU FACTS RIGHT I AM NOT MOANING ABOUT DELIVERY CHARGE I AM MOANING ABOUT NO WARRANTY ON ELECTRIC TOOLS BEING SOLD AND THE UNFAIR TERMS OF RETURNING WHY DONT U LOOK INSTEAD OF JUST SEEING:money:

You do not need a warranty card. You have an implied 12 month guarantee on anything you buy from the TV shopping channels, but you have to pay the cost to return it.

As has been said, the delivery cost is clearly highlighted on the screen, and when you phone to order, you are given the full cost of the product.

Are the goods dodgy? you have not mentioned this. Though you HAVE mentioned that the delivery charge was rather high...

i recently purchased an electric drill from these people brand name Cougar it does not have a warranty/gaurantee and i find this very strange statutory rights give you 6 months and under SOGA possibly longer

there are no warnings regarding this on their auction sites or tv shopping i.e price drop tv , bid tv etc they can hardly go into such detail for each item as this would take forever

i have contacted them by email several times no reply except automated ones , phone them or send recorded delivery letter

it appears manufatures at adwick le street , doncaster but under Nutools and their ste says under construction but to contact their customer services AGAIN no reply the shooping channels mentioned are parent company SIT-UP TV , i would have thought that this was a requirement and your required to return at your own expense by recorded/registered post which is no refundable, did you not ask any questions when they called you back to take payment details?

as a disabled male on benefit i find this would be more than actually delivering in person sorry, totaly baffled by why this is relevant?

, Help anyone PLEASE BE WARNED what help are you looking for? if you don't want it send it back!!

I HAVE contacted relevant government dept as well as Consumers site. Why, what do you expect them to do about it?

THEY charged me £8.99 delivery Very high delivery charge, but very clearly stated on the TV under the number you call to order item

which was by courier and requested uplift but no replies except as stated, also contacted ITV CHANNELS to warn people and advice FED UP WITH THIS. Moral of the story is, don't buy cheapo tat off shopping channels, you may think your getting a bargain but more often than not you will end up dissapointed

statutory rights give you your bog standard 12 months and under SOGA probably longer

That is not true it simply says you have up to 6 years in England 5 in Scotland but after 6 months you have to provide proof of conformity. The only statutory rights are SOGA and DSR here as its bought online/tv
