Two cartridges purchased from IJT did not work. I called the help line and was told to do a number of things including wipe the chip contacts. Still did not work, so on my second call I was told to send the faulty cartridges back for replacement and I was promised a refund of the postage. I eventually got back two replacement cartridges, but the whole process took a long time and consequently I had to buy a new cartridge (from another firm). No refund of my postage was given and a chaser email was ignored.

Now another new (refilled) cartridge won't work leaving me yet again without the ability to print.

I certainly won't ever do business with IJT Direct again and would warn other potential customers of the risks in doing business with this company.
