I ordered a waterstones voucher about a week ago - how long does it take for reward vouchers to arrive?

Anything from one week to 3 months although I've had mine fairly quickly recently

If you are going to leave Pigsback, please remember you can donate to charity if you have 1500 points still in your account, might as well make use of them.

I too have had my points deducted  and will be emailing Curly.

As far as the extra 50 points are concerned I vaguely remember in Curly's last email something about finding 50 points hidden each week - presume this must be it, so hopefully these points will stay.

    Yes, I think you're right.
'pologies.I shouldn't have underestimated the perfect precision and peerless professionalism of the pretty pouting potbellied Pig people (prior points possibly porkies). :rotfl:

Actually I only lost about £1 worth of dodgy points, so my constant whining is unjustifiable. All that time clicking though...

the only thing I don't like about this is I've never had confirmation that my reward went to charity :(

How would we be able to track that Piggy actually manages to get them to the chosen charity. I trust his honesty but not his ability to do the job on my behalf. I'd rather order some cheap piggy merchandise and then take them to a local charity. At least this way Piggy dosn't get to keep them.

The mistake was theirs not ours and with over 500 points being taken, that means we have supposedly clicked the CT over 100 times!!

I don't recall clicking this CT for 100 days!!

The sooner this site closes the better, most generous cashback site in the UK, who are they kidding!!

They took 605 points from me and over 500 from other family members, surely that is more than the days we clicked when we shouldn't have? In my mind it made up for all the other things I should have got and never did, ponits for recommendations, shopping, no more than one or at the most three working competitions a day etc etc. it's disgusting.
  • I've lost 480 - it's diabolical that "the pig" can get away with this. It was the pig's fault that the glitch was allowed to happen and for so long too. It's a pity there isn't a legal bod who could shame them into giving us at least some of the points back. They very rarely give me the points I'm actually entitled to - it requires an e-mail to them virtually every time. It truly is disgusting.
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
