Received an email today about why points were deducted. Turns out it was the expired CT. Thats 495 points (99 days) worth that I had been benefiting from the CT - but gone in just a day :mad:.

This is so unfair - why am I the only person who has had their points deducted. Clearly Pigsback must know how many people had been benefiting from this.

Oh and I don't wish for anyone else's points being deducted - just a bit angry why they chose solely me to do this to.

thanks to topfox points being added today I now have 3048 points, enough to claim and run, thought I was going to have to wait weeks to get the last couple of points needed,

in your experience what would be the best voucher to get in terms of delivery speed etc ......... its been a longgggg time since I last got a voucher!

or are they all as bad as each other??

A friend of mine used the remander of his points on a a £10 HMV voucher - He did this on the first day of this month but his not an e-mail from them or anything! Is there a contact e-mail address?
