What's interesting is that there appear to be several genuine registered users on their site. They must be wondering why no-one responds to their questions, if all of this discussion is going on! Little do they realise there's probably only 10 people on there!

Just came across this, not quite in the same vein as the debt one

but clearly taken from here, I can see no acknowledgement to this site and if you scroll down to the very bottom of the page you will see its a Chinese address.

Now I know google harvests this site and everything posted turns up there eventually, which is fine because it links back to here, but personally I object to sites that do this with possibly dubious click thru ads, the lazy so and so's.

I just did a search for my username, and the only thing it found was the MEAF thread, and look at the bottom of the post:

Dan - I've got the Whois info, if you need it, which points to someone in Paris as being connected to the site, but it looks like a fake admin and technical contact details - the number's written as +33.123456789 - which probably won't work properly into the French phone system (and isn't written how French people write phone numbers, which would be more like +33 12 34 56 789).

ETA: I've also got a tracert from my laptop to their site, as well as the Whois info for the server just before theirs, in case that might help.
