do I have to apply online to have the funds transferred from abbey to Bradley? How can I add to the new isa for 2006-2007 in bradford?

Everything about transfer is built into their online application procedure: button_next.gif. Just try ...

Regarding further transfers to your new ISA, their requirement is that
You must hold a personal bank or building society current account that offers Direct Debit payment facilities
. I don't have their ISA, but I think that you will be able to 'pull' money from your current account via B&B online banking.
