Cancelling NTL

when you cancel internet access with NTL do you have to give them any notice such as one month?

yes i would imagine a minimum of a month. Always worth being pro-active to come out on top.
Also when you phone to cancel they have been known to try and hard sell, we cancelled our phone line, and they were offering us x months free + discount etc, but we weren't interested.0 -
Oh yes, when you ring up to cancel expect to be put through to 'customer relations'
Here you will find out you can have the SAME service as you have been getting but at a qtr of the price you have been paying.....nice that huh?
Cable companies hate to see customers leave, they will offer you a really good package that will be hard to beat!0 -
