    There are quite a few helpful and knowledgable people on the forum.

    I merely object to you giving the OP an inaccurate response that, so far, appears to have cost them money -- on a 'money saving' forum.
    I don't doubt you meant well but to cite the word of poorly trained CEOs and general misconceptions is not greatly helpful.

    I hope the TSRGD will be of use to you in your job -- cos currently you are being had.

    You may be interested in numerous threads on here where I have cited the DfT version of 'loading'. I think it will be useful to you -- cos it sure don't match that of most Councils' enforcement!
