My wife applied for a cash Isa with First Direct online 2 weeks ago and is still waiting for the paperwork to come through, any ideas how long this takes ?

I got mine in about 4 days after applying, so two weeks seems long, you might want to ring them and find out. I had a few queries and rang them, their customer service was very good.
I used 0113 276 6166 from saynoto0870 to call them.0
