I've simply emailed the buyer saying I hope they have received the item and they are very happy with it. If they have received it would they please leave me feedback to let me know that they have.
I do it alot as i'd like to check they have received the item as not everyone leaves feedback to let you know they have.
Why does that insinuate that i'm a dodgy/ inexperienced seller??

its been posted on here before where buyers left negs for being hassled for feedback

I dont like it when someone messages simply saying ' leave feedback'
But i think if your emailing to check they have received there item & they are happy with it theres no harm, infact i think it actually shows your a good seller. Shows good communication- I usually leave better feedback if i have this.

The problem is the majority of buyers (taken from threads on here at least) find being asked for feedback irritating. Whilst many other buyers are happy to be asked it is outweighed by the risk of finding someone who does get offended .
