Orange payg u900 soul £79 only!!

Hi, I have discovered Orange doing a brilliant deal on a Samsung Midnight Soul U900 for £79 PAYG. This phone is worth almost double! Please let me know how you get on I have had issues with them and they are trying to cancel my order. Long story but briefly:

• I placed the order on Saturday 03.10.09
• Received email to contact to confirm and process order
• Contacted on today (Monday 05.10.09) call handler says phone out of stock
• He told me the website updated every hour, but I checked on orange website and phone still as available (2 days later)!
• Spoke to manager absolutely unhelpful and useless, challenged me by stating 'you put as many orders as you like on the website none will be fulfilled'
• I told I will not give up, please do have a look if this is something you're interested in. Don't forget to use a cashback website as there is cashback available
• The more numbers and complaints we can gather the better chance we do get this deal if we really want it

You need to check out the thread on this 'deal' over on HUKD. You'll see many many people who ordered this phone only to be stuffed by Orange.

I have checked this morning and the money has been taken out, had many phone conversations yesterday but no one of any use. One of the customer service guys suggested put in another order of £199 for the same phone that I clicked for £79. Amazingly if I wanted the phone at £79 it's out of stock and £199 back in stock! Orange don't have the phone on their website at all.

Just for info, the phone has reappeared on thier website today at £79.99 plus £10 minimum top up.
