My talktalk application so far.

Wanted to post what has happened with my talktalk application so far.
I signed up for talktalk broadband forever package on April 12th - I was in a good position to do so as I had cancelled my Tesco broadband package a couple of months before due to the fact that I was moving and going on a long holiday. I am a very light broadband user download the odd i-tune, do banking and check emails -
I placed my order over the phone and was told that my phone will be moved over on 3rd May and broadband by the 20th May - I was resonably happy with this so went ahead with the order - After a couple of weeks I hadnt heard anything so called and was told that they may have taken down my email address wrong but order was going through fine - they didnt see any problems - On the 3rd May the telephone line went through as promised so no problems there - last week I recieved a letter with my broadband id and password and today recieved my modem - I called them again this morning when the modem came to see if it was still 20th May and they said it was now 17th May - so all in all so far so good - will keep you posted with the broadband service in a month or so.
