Think I'm going to give up on yours clothing. I ordered 2 top's recently, 1 had a stain on the front, the other despite saying 26 on the price tag was too small, when I checked the stiched in label inside the top it was a 16! I returned them under the faulty tag, asked for the small top to be exchanged & the stained top to be refunded. Never got an email or anything to say they couldn't replace the top, just got refunded for both top's, BUT not the postage I had to pay to return them!!! Very poor customer service.

Maybe they thought it was the right size and didn't look at the other label?
I had to return damaged items once and twice, and I included proof of postage inside the parcel, and I got refunded in full (once I lost out because they made a mistake, or because I used a discount code the deducted an amount, not sure but could not be bothered to contact them).

generally speaking they've been quite good, but looks like they may have changed.
I looked at the feedback on their ebay account which is normally a good indicator of how good customer service is OMG!
(if it wasn't for ebay's leniency towards large sellers I'd doubt if they would have lasted that long...)

Because I had to return them because it was faulty I had to give them a clear description of why it was faulty, so they really should have checked. I have had problem's before where they didn't put something in my order, but did put it on the despatch note & charged me for it so I really don't think I can be bothered to risk it again, it's a shame as I do like some of their clothes & they have no stores up in Scotland.Link to their feedback on the Feefo website so people can decide for themselves.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a bakerboy styled hat, in ether Large, or 58/59cm because I'm struggling to find anything nice and girlish, as well as summery styled. aka not wool, cashmere, head warming! I can find loads of them that should be worn in the winter, but nothing with light weight materials, unlined, or thinly lined.

I need to wear a hat, and basically this is the only style I like/suits me/feel comfortable wearing.

One size is not big enough, which takes out the likes of accessorize, or claire etc.

M& S do larger sized hat's , I found this straw one which is more of an homage to a bakerboy style, this one is in linen but ir's a 1size & there are no reviews to say if it comes up big or small. I've always had trouble getting hat's to fit, can't do anything about my big brain lol.

Thanks for that! I quite like the straw one, but not sure if it'd suit me. Think I might risk it with the baker boy styled one. Major head/skull surgery gives me a weird shaped skull, and when I try and shove up my hair in there too, It just wont go!

I can always send it back, shame my local M&S (teeny store) doesn't have any in, prolly why I didn't think of trying there.

Yes it's good to know they do larger sized hat's. I've ordered stuff from M&S for pick up instore & they have let me check stuff when I went to pick it up & refunded me straight away if I haven't liked it.
I used to wear hat's a lot when I was in my 20's but whenever I've tried them on recently I think I look stupid, maybe it's my long hair??
Do let me know how you get on, another thing I was thinking was if you find 1 you like but is more manly I think it would be easy to pretty it up with some ribbon around the band or maybe a flower or something.
    Booo!!!
