Soappie what a difference shown by your photos. Has BB got varnished paws as well?? !!

Fortunately not. That's why I had to keep erecting barricades - so she wouldn't leave doggy footprints everywhere!

I've just gone to start on the bathroom and the minging mildew is back so I've just sprayed everywhere and will have to wash everything (including the ceiling!) down shortly. Does anyone have a foolproof way of getting rid of it once and for all?

Back after my 2 x HHC - which DH ruined by coming back for lunch ten minutes early!

"What's the matter? Aren't you pleased to see me?"
"Yes, of course dearest - but I had got so stuck into the cleaning, you see, and you have prevented me from finishing...."

Yet another sideways look of mute incomprehension....:rotfl:
He really doesn't know what on earth has happened....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Anyhow, I finished up after he had gone back to work... and sooooo... wait for it:

Tooooooooooooosday ~ Kitchen and Dining room! DONE!!!!!:j
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter and wipe the worksurfaces
    Sweep and mop floor[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Empty and clean out a cupboard.. [/STRIKE] I did the corner of my kitchen where all the baking tins and trays and oven shelves lurk in a rack: washed them, dried them, put some right away, and stacked all the rest really tidily in order of size (cos that's the sort of person I am...;)). Hope this will count.
    [STRIKE]Wipe units and cupboard fronts[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wipe and replace all small appliances[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Clean out the microwave.. or another appliance if you are without[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean out the fridge.. you do not need furry food![/STRIKE] Made stew and soup from it! (Not quite furry, though.... :D)
[STRIKE]Dust and deweb.. and clean the blinds/curtains[/STRIKE]

The whole lot took exactly 1 hour!!! So I've cut it down from 4 hours to 1 hour in just 3 weeks.... Fantastic.

My second star of the week. Hope you are OK Toots: sorry to hear you are feeling tired.

Hmm its going well but had 2 unexepcted phone calls which have used up the Wii Fit time. Grrrr.
First one was one of those automated messages. From DH bank fraud department. He's had loads of identity theft so perfectly feasible but the fact it was automated made me suspicious. Called his bank and they confirmed the number and said it was legit but (for obvious reasons) wouldnt discuss it with me. DH is away in the US at the minute so I'm hoping he'll call soon as he's traveling for the next 24 hours. I suspect they are flagging an unusual foreign transaction but won't accept the explanation from me.
Second one was my Mum who is going away for a few days (with Dad, not like she's on her own, and its only to Scotland) but you;d think she was going down the Amazon for a year leavng contact details for every night they are away, travel times, telling me where the paperwork is in their house, what she's hidden in the loft, who has spare keys etc etc. Its ridiculous, she lives in Nireland, I am in England, my brother lives down the road from her and she's told him it all as well, she is just so paranoid! And its not age or anything, she's always been like this, every person on the street out to get your bag etc etc.

Oh dear quite a rant there!

Anyway flying going well. Took DD2 swimming and then stayed for coffee with my friend which was lovely :)

Have decided to append a list of opther things to end of my daily list and pick and choose each day.

    Extras:
    Stripped bed
    DD2 swimming class

    Still today want to:
    - hoover everywhere its getting beyond a joke now
    - post letters
    - do my Wii Fit YAY
    - get money out of savings to pay for new planting
    - joint account review (panic)
    - sew on 2 Beavers badges

Thursdeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ~ Bathroom, loo and study!
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter floors
    scrubify the tiles[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Clean the bath, loo, shower etc... [/STRIKE]
    Defrag comp while you vacuum/mop
Wipe chairs keyboards, mouses monitors etc..
    Level Three

    For Valli,

    She paused and sighed

    those feelings came

sweeping over, like a sudden rush of air.

Turning to go back inside, her heart swelled

as it does when in love or loved.

Caught by the moment she turned and saw

the scene, a snapshot of perfect

as her washing danced in the breeze

    Valli smiled,

    her pegs matched.

who knew a poem about matching pegs could be so beautiful.
Triker you should be published, seriously that is gorgeous :)
