i love morrisons, usually very good service. can be picky on returns tho, you want a spare part for a bench but they dont do spares so you go back with the whole thing just to get a 2cm piece of wood! their pizza's are second only to mine.Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000

Ditto.
Visited my local Morrisons recently and was dismayed, on entering the conveniences, to find no paper in any of the cubicles.
Went outside to Customer Services, explained this to them, and after a quick tannoy-call, a cleaner turned up quick-smart and supplied me with a reel of Kimberly-Clark's finest.
I then trotted off to the Gents, locked the cubicle door, put the seat down, and laid a couple of cables in relative peace and comfort. Well done, Morrisons Derby! :T :T :T
(NB - I should hasten to add that this story might have ended differently if Customer Services had known that the sole reason for my visit was to "drop the kids off". Personally I think that any supermarket which sells such indifferent, badly-stored fresh produce doesn't really deserve custom, regardless of how helpful they are at Customer Services - but kind of them to help, anyway. I'd partaken of a curry and a few pints of Guinness the night before, and by the time I hit the retail park my guts were like a cement-mixer - the old Armitage Shanks took one helluva battering, I can tell you.......)0
