ppi claim against BOS

BOS are rather quick, I sent my letter off in August and last week got a cheque for 4 thousand pounds back, was impressed with the service, now compare this to Barclays, letter sent off same day but a decision not been made.

I have had a good fast response, within 7 weeks got the letter upholding claim on 11 November and saying figures to follow but have not had anything since then, I may give them a call again this week.
