Help with Eon

Helena, No they didnt explain how the debt built up, and I had no idea about the call escalating. Wouldnt it be better for them to have accepted the £50 a month than take a couple of pounds a week on a prepayment meter? Instead they made me agree to £100 a month. I have asked for everything in writing at which stage I`ll forward everything to the ombudsman.
I didnt want a prepayment meter as my family have offered to help, but their refusal of my offer is wrong.
Also, Helena, can I leave Eon?0 -
Thank you again NoNameWoman. I will get their reply in the post then put my complaint in writing, good idea about sending it recorded! You`re right they are rude and just a load of bullies. They cant be allowed to get away with treating people like this.
These arrears are from `years `as they say, so why didnt they do something about it before? I know from reading various advice
sites that they should have accepted my offer, but the woman I spoke to was having none of it.
How do they expect me to pay more than my income in fuel bills?
Ill try and leave, thank you for letting me know that I can, what a relief that is!!!0
