Glad your ticket's arrived, sorry your DD's in a strop, and good idea to take all of tomorrow off, and when you do get in at the doctor's how about asking if s/he would give you a week's sick note, just to give the tablet's time to kick in.
    {{{Hugs}}} for tomorrow.

After a good night sleep I am feeling like a normal person again. I was so ill last night that it was scary. I think I was scaring DD as well but it didn't stop her demanding stories and being tucked in. She didn't get a story but she did got tucked in. I really would like her to learn to be more independent and espceially to take other people into account.

    Anyway what happened yesterday:

Went to court half an hour before the start of what was supposed to be pre court discussion. But by the time the discussion was scheduled to start there were nothing organised so I am just guessing that it was to give opportunity for both parties to have informal chat before the court.

Few minutes we were due to go in ex came to talk to me and I ended up getting upset so I got whisked into the victim support unit. How apt :rotfl:. And given cup of tea (anything for a free cup of tea :money: :rotfl:).

So finally we got to court, this wasn't a full session. The end result is that there is going to be CAFCAS report that is going to take 13 weeks to prepare, everyone involved are going to be interviewed and then on 31 May is the next sitting which is the full sitting that is then giving the final result. In the meanwhile ex can see DD every other Saturday from 2 to 4 pm. The time is so short only because I demanded that we use Children's contact centre for pick up and drop off and they are only open for this short time on Saturdays.

So I am happy in a sense that I don't have to see him, CAFCAS hopefully will find a better solution for the pickup and drop off and also now I can see how these meetings affect DD and then can take this info into the court. Also if ex is late either picking up or dropping off he is going to be in the poo.

At some point at court he started losing his temper and the legal aid noticed that.

I managed to see a doctor last night and I am now back on ADs. I started to take them this morning even than I am feeling a lots better. I have decided not to take time off from work. This coming week should be relatively easy and the stress then coming back for a big catch up during already busy time will be more stressful than just keeping the tasks ticking over. And next weekend I have Friday and Monday off. On Friday we are going to see a good friend of mine. No plans for the rest of the days but hoping to do something nice and relaxing with DD.

boultdj - no need to apologice for short post. I am ever so grateful to everyone popping their head around here. Waves to The Dragon and Jo :hello: Thank you!

Dodgy tummy today. Don't know why. I didn't have much appetite yesterday and that seems to continue today.

I must look ill as one of the ladies I meet at the Saturday school said that I look tired. I was sitting there stitching away and feeling very nauseous. Anyway, my work progressed, I got to meet some lovely people and DD had good fun so all in all good morning.

Need to figure out what to give DD for tea. Perhaps I will check out the cous cous I got from Appr0ved foods and serve it with some chicken I have in the freezer. Except I still don't feel like eating. But I can always freeze my portion for lunches.

    Thank you Beanielou :)

I am going to see BF tomorrow. He is house sitting. I am still mad at him for not coming today to help me but at least where he is house sitting there are horses, dogs, sheep and chicken. I am so looking forward cuddling the first two. So hoping that he will occupy DD and I can have a rest. Also hoping that I get my appetite back as he has promised to cook lunch. But on the other hand I wouldn't mind losing a stone or two :rotfl:but perhaps not quite this drastic way.

Managed to catch your diary at last Marru and glad that the court went relatively well - hopefully by the time of the full hearing you will have a more satisfactory result

Take care hun - we worry about you as we all know what this feeling is like - of needing time for yourself when others put demands on you - the AD's should help soon - I know I couldn't manage without them and I don't work or have a 6 year old daughter!!! :A
