Hello and waves madly to catzpaws and Katy.

I can't say how much it is going to cost me as I want to go all the way. The first course is only £350.- but they turn down 40% of applications and I can't apply until I have the money.

I was so happy up till 5.20 pm when I got a call from bailiffs (I was on route from dog walkin to pick DD up). They were outside my house with a van trying to take over my posessions. I have tried to get them to send me some legal information like for example a court order but they have failed to provide any of the legal documents to me that I requested (and paid tenner for). So after crying my eyes out, calming down enough to pick up DD. Making one phone call to my neighbour and two to BF I got home to find that they claim I owe them £420.- Last time it was £150 of which I am disputing and I think they actually owe me not the other way around.

So I have calmed down now. Next thing is to go and get dry socks (some idiot wasn't having wellies on when walking the dogs even that I keep them in my car) then feed DD and get some food for myself as well. Get DD to bed. Go through all the details as to double check everything and then make a plea for help on the DFW main board. I also got some free legal help to this matter recently so I can always call them tomorrow and they will reopen my case. It is just very slow to get the info from them.

Sighs.... You might guess that my first thought after the call was to go and do certain type of shopping but then I had promised to join the AF party tonight and I won't get out of this mess unless I action and to action I need a clear head. Sitting here feeling sorry for myself won't solve anything. She says :o

Oh no, how awful - sorry that it's been such a rubbish day. I can't offer any practical advice, but stay strong and, as Honeybear says, you'll get the advice that you need here.

    Hello and thank you!!!!

I didn't tackle the paper work but am now calm and positive. I have hidden my car and this weeked will swap cars with BF. Won't have time to go to council tomorrow (it is about a council tax) so have tomorrow evening with more fighting spirit than tonight to sort out all my papers and then have Wednesday afternoon to go with my documents to council. Also letters to ESA and ombudsman and the bailiff company themselves will be fired off then as well. Bed calls for me....

Sounds like you are getting there with it then. One thing I would say, having read a lot of stories on here is that you should make sur your BF's car is not parked on your drive either. I think (although not certain) the b*stard bailiffs have been known to take other people's cars as well and it is a right cew on to get them back.

Hope you get a good nights sleep anyway and a productive day tomorrow xx

    Hello!

What a day! My car seat decided not to click in place so I am now getting used to driving the seat being pushed right back. I only slid once when going down steep hill. Lucky I am quite heavy :o and also just tall enough to reach the clutch this way. Not to worry - car goes to garage today to get sorted. They are going to see also why 1 out of 30 times my brakes fail to work .

On the positive note I went to see potential house sitting clients and when ever they are going to go away I have a big chance of getting the job. They have a cat, two lovely dogs, chickens, ducks and geese. Heaven! And they gave me half a dozen fresh free range eggs when I was leaving.

Also I met a person while walking dogs (no, not my normal dog walking day just helping out a friend) to be a possible [STRIKE]guinea pig [/STRIKE] volunteer for me to practice this energy healing thingy I want to become practitioner in. I hope he will give me a call and I get a chance to accumulate more experience. (Part of my change of career plan.)

So after all the rushing around (garage, busy day at work, traffic due to rain , meeting and dog walking) by the time I got home and got an exhausted child (who wet herself big time despite having been dry for weeks) sorted to bed I was too tired to do anything but have a meal and watch a bit of telly.

I have had now few hours of sleep and am up to do all the paper work sorting that just can't be put off any longer. So off to put the kettle on.

Diet today not brilliant as didn't have time for porridge and had a bacon bab instead :p. Also I don't think I drank enough water and also I doubled my coffee and tea dozes from previous day. But at least I didn't eat any biscuits, cake, chocolate or crisps. Actually I have said to my boss that if she sees me eating any of the mentioned items she is to give me bash on the head. Luckily bacon bab wasn't on the list. ;) I won't have time for porridge today either but got some [STRIKE]cardboard [/STRIKE] serials to eat instead.

So cup of tea and then putting bailiffs on the search box here...
