Thanks Fay, I feel better already, been finding nice music in the net. Next time I get the black dog moment just kick my !!! to go and listen some music - always does the trick. And I have offered to go to London to see this dog on Saturday and there is a good chance that I can then bring her home with me. Pretty please!!!

I think I will ask Simple Minds collection for birthday as was listening them tonight - how can you be gloomy when THIS is so beautiful!!!

    Uh - oh - I feel heavy.

After eating according to my "new rules" for four days I ate all the wrong foods for tea. DD was invited to one of her school friend's and we were very kindly offered delicious tea of meatballs with tomato sauce, pasta and garlic bread. It was all absolutely lovely but every single thing is on my avoid list. Never mind, I am trying to adapt to 80/20 rule that if I am on the track 80% of the time then I am ok.

Could you please remind me of this when I start listing all about the negative 20% and can't realise the excistence of that 80% of good stuff.

I thought it is time to take stock and see where I am:

Get F&F offers from all my creditors
    3 paid, 3 to go
    - Got offer from one but it is much more than I am prepared to pay so need to write to them.
    - Still have bailiff situation hanging on me - they are awfully quite - must get proactive

Be up to date with other payments (ie rent + nursery)
    - Find out balance outstanding to nursery
Rent is now up to date, need to pay ctax for April and May, still not found out about balance to nursery

Live on £5,000.- for the year (doesn't include: rent, car+travel, child care and study)
    Spent/Remaining 0.-/5,000.-

    - Get cheaper mobile contract
    - Get cheaper land line
    - See how to get gas bills down

Nothing done and none of the spreadsheets up to date :o

Declutter: going to go through the whole house and put everything into one of the following piles: * Need it, * Love it, * Sell it, * Freecycle it, * Chuck it
Started doing flylady here in MSE and it has been great. Still lots to go through and sort out.

Make as much money as possible from selling all the stuff that I come across

    Earned so far:

Ummm - nope, nothing done towards this

Get rid of all my books (approximately 5000 of them :o)
    Logged so far: 246 books
    Sold:

Decided that will tackle this properly after my June exams

Run Sport Relief Mile in March - completed :)

Run Bupa 10km in end of May - raise £300 for Guide Dogs
    Training schedule

Running seems to be the only area in my life that is going really well. I am getting more energy, better self image, am happier and fitter.

Oh and I have signed up for Cardiff Half Marathon that is in October so will have my next challenge alredy lined up. ;)

    Start Matched Betting again
In saving pot towards MB float: 169.86

Went a bit low in funds so this has been used to something else, need to start saving from scratch

Do at least 3 units towards my professional certification

It has been quiet at work so have managed to read some, have booked some holiday for study, really this needs to be priority for next few weeks.

    So summary:

    - Get spreadsheets up to date
    - Do half an hour flying every day
    - Keep up running
    - Keep up studying
"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
