Enjoy your day Marru, hope it's sunny where you are like it is here :)

Have you started on the new diet thing then avoiding certain foods, does it work?

    Thank you both!

I can now declare that both the hall way and the upstairs landing are now book free zones :T. It feels so much better. I have felt that those blimming boxes are literally squeazing the life out of me. The sitting room is a mess but not too bad.

Still want to get some books out of the shelve in my bedroom to replace them with my own collection and sort out the top of the book shelve as it is full of random books, rubbish and freecycled padded envelopes.

Washing machine is working non stop and I shall have all the washing out :j soon. After lunch it is DD time (except we need to do one trip to the dump) and then in the evening I need to sort out the after effects of all this organising and tidy the washing away. Phew - really pleased!!!

I have decided that there is no way I can start selling my books until my exams in June are done so after that I have couple of months to apply myself to that as they need to be gone by the end of the summer. On the other hand if I get the job I applied I might just need to flog them as a job lot and make a loss as BF has refused to move them if I need to move before they are sold. Bring on nice summer and busy car boot sales - pretty please.

Oh - about the diet. I haven't started yet. I can't buy anything until I get my expeses paid on Friday so need to just manage with what is in. So I have few days to make a meal plan and shopping list. Lunch today: cheese toasties - both wheat bread and hard cheese on avoid list. Tea today: Sausage and chips with ketchup - all three on the avoid list...

    The website is HERE

I am ploughing through cook books and websites for recipes for foods that don't have "avoid" ingredients. This is going to be tough as for me meat, wheat, cheese, potatoes and tomatoes are on the avoid list. There are still lots of things to eat but it is just going to require completely different style of cooking.

If I could at least get my menu plan until Friday lunch so I could go and do my shopping tomorrow, I would be chuffed. I have decided that Thursday will be my meal planning and shopping list day and if I don't go to BF Friday is my shopping day. If I do go to BF then Monday is my shopping day.

I made chicken casserole tonight. Didn't have casserole dish but used lasagne dish with foil on top. It was lush and so easy. I did use ready made stock cube but hoping that when I get organised I can do my own veggie stock in the future.

Off to make an index of the recipes that I have found from my cook books so far...

3 cups of chicken broth (I used one chicken stock cube)
    3 chicken breasts (I used 2)
    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup broccoli (I used cauliflower)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    sea salt to taste

Bake in 190 for 45 min until done

I used to be veggie but got myself ill as didn't make sure that my diet was balanced enough so this is not too much of a stretch for me. And I will be still eating chicken and lots of fish which I love. It is just finding the workable recipes and getting organised.

I am fed up. I am fed up with fighting with DD. I am fed up with trying to get my house sorted. I am fed up always having arm long list of things to do.

I dashed home from work to sort the house out. Managed to do sitting room and then had to go pick DD up. While she was having her snack I was cleaning my piggies. Now I still have left huge mess behind that needs sorting out before my Mrs Mop comes tomorrow as she would just block the hoover with all that hay that is now on the piggy room floor. I guess I am trying too hard and then get despondent when I can't see immediate results.

DCAs are sending stupid letters asking information that I have sent them about dozen times already.

The lady with the dog that needs rehoming (the dog, not the lady) says that I live too far from her and she is not prepared to travel here. I am with the help of the person from who I found out about the dog trying to make alternative arrangements so that I could have her (the dog).

Told ex on Sunday that I had to put my dog down, got a text yesterday saying that "he can't believe that I didn't let him see her before I put her down". Bloody cheek like he cares. And how typical - it is about him and not about me not to mention about my dog.

I have been playing THIS song on repeat in the car this week. It so well describes my relationship with ex.

Ok thanks for reading - I feel better now. I shall go and have couple of rice cakes with peanut butter and cup of ginger tea and head to bed. I am sure that I just need some rest and I will be back to "normal" and more positive.

Work is good, I just wish my company could be transferred 100 miles away to be closer to BF. No studying done but I will have a week off in the end of May to get cracking with it. Also first week of June I will put DD in nursery full tme so can after work find a quiet corner in the office to study before I need to pick DD up.

Running to work tomorrow - please please let my knees be ok. I am going to Chirunning workshop in May. It has helped so far but I need to learn more.

    Ok bed...
