2. Votes will be submitted via this micro-site. Voters will then be directed to https://www.timeless50.com to register their details to enter the competition. The closing date for entries will be Sunday 16th November 2009
3. There is a total of 1 x First prize for dinner at Le Manoir Oxfordshire. Each first prize consists of dinner for two at Le Manoir on Tuesday 19th January 2010, included within this is the following:
- One night stay in a Superior Room which is inclusive of overnight accommodation, French continental breakfast and VAT for two guests
- Monsieur Blanc’s ten course Menu Decouverte for two
- Sommelier selected wine
4. The first prize does not include transportation costs to and from the venue or any other costs not specifically mentioned in clause 3 above
5. The Second Prize is 50 pairs of tickets to the BBC Good Food Show Birmingham for Runners Up
6. The Second Prize does not include transportation costs to or from the venue, meals, drinks entertainment, spending money, personal insurance or any other costs not specifically mentioned in clause 5 above.
7. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, except BBC / Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited employees, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
8. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
a. To be bound by these terms and conditions;
b. That their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize;
c. That should they win the promotion, their name, photograph and location likeness may be used by BBCM / Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited for pre-arranged promotional purposes including future marketing materials, promotions and/or prize draws.

10. Entrants will be directed to the Volkswagen Timeless 50 site to register their vote and entry.
11. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
12. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the voting process online. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control.
14. The winning entrant(s) will drawn after the closing date 16 November 2009. BBCM's / Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered. The winner(s)will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion on 16th November 2009 by email.
15. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable or refundable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

I won a competition to stay at this hotel and eat there back in March it is truly the best hotel we have ever stayed in and the meal was out of this world good luck everyone

Please can you have a read of VelvetGlove's comping guide (HERE). It's really good and gives you guidelines for posting and tips on how to search for duplicates and so on. It was really good when I first started (and I still refer back to it).
