Re-reading the whole thread again, I see you've already done the nozzle check and got colour. So it's probably the drivers, as others have said. Completely uninstall them and reinstall and see if that fixes it. Then try another PC if it doesn't.0

printer finally fixed by a local PC shop for £15. Problem was that the printer owner when replacing any empty cartridges just fitted them into any slots - not the designated colour slots. Hence, print heads became blocked over time!
At least this has saved them buying a new printer and this one going to the scrap heap!0
