:rotfl:I’m glad I’m not the only one. My photos were awful! I really didn’t want to send them off.

I’m not sure if I have done the job right as they said the pictures would be ready straight away as the shop was empty so I didn’t leave and return.

I think that'll be fine - it did say that they may get done there and then or you may have to call back.

It was murder trying to take a photo of the front of the shop as builders were working next door and kept coming in and out and getting in the way - one asked if he could have his picture taken with me!

I just laughed and walked away and took one with my phone quickly - when I got home found out it's a video!!!

I trust they need to ensure i am not a time waster and am serious but any comments would be great thanks.

You will be able to self allocate any jobs that appear in your area choices, it is quiet at the moment as no doubt a new batch will appear soon! Keep checking cos often you can pick up jobs that other people have dropped. They do corner shops and petrol stations but these are a rarity lately as they hold them back for bribes if you do the burger joints. They tendto phone you and offer those! They also do bookies which are ok. The reports are ver easy on all the jobs. Good luck.

Hi shepster (and squeaky because you've quoted) please can you both removed the clients names from your posts. You have an agreement with the company that you won't disclose the info so please don't post them. Ta!

done as asked but i cant really see the problem as i have not stated if any of the merchants offered visits or not , nor did i mention any dates of visits , nor did i mention any fees or questions - i only said that i had completed the practice tests

As mentioned in the very first post on this thread (thanks TG!)

    Confidentiality

Confidentiality is something MSers really need to bear in mind. Please don't mention fees or client names on this thread as neither the MSing company nor the client being shopped will be very happy about their names being discussed on here.

E.g: Don’t mention “B&Q”, or refer to it as “The orange DIY store with two initials”. Simply refer to it as “A DIY store” as there are more than one DIY stores!

Therefore we do not post client names or discuss anything that might identify any specific client. Plus you are likely to be breaking the confidentiality agreement that you have made with the company. e.g one has this in their terms and conditions -
All work that you undertake for us is strictly confidential and you agree that, under no circumstances, will you reveal yourself as a mystery shopper or disclose any information relating to your assignments to a third party.

    Another has -
At all times the intellectual property and information relating to client audit assignments remains confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party. Failure to retain client confidentiality will result in the immediate suspension of the employee. Registered shoppers must not participate in divulging or sharing commercially sensitive information to other registered shoppers or via public forums such as internet forums or consumer discussion boards.

So you might not have actually been offered any jobs by the specific clients yet but you have still broken the agreement that you made with the company.

Also you really don't need to be so specific or obvious as most of us will understand what you mean without the need to put a clients name in the post. So try sticking to burger/chicken/sandwich/restaurant etc.

Oh, I've had the best ever Floor Show from the burger joint today.

I did a breakfast job this morning. All was fine until I uttered those immortal words .. "Can I have a receipt please?"

Well, it was so funny I had to try hard not to laugh out loud.

The assistant serving me went and whispered to the Manager who immediately said to another member of staff "Megan!! Ladies toilets please!! Gee-A-Pee ! " 15.gif

Then another member of staff appeared with the obligatory balloons. First, they were given to the 2 kids on the table next to me, then at least 2 dozen were tied to random places round the store.

The floor was mopped even though it was clean, tables were sprayed and wiped that weren't even dirty and someone was carefully folding newspapers and arranging one neatly on every empty table!!!!

As soon as I had finished the Manager came over to me "Was everything all right, Madam? Can I get you anything else? Another coffee perhaps?" and took my tray for me.

Then a member of staff came round handing out Guest comment cards. "Do you have a few minutes to fill one of these out for us? Just so we know how we're doing" and she gave me a knowing smile!

I went to the toilets and as I came out, 2 of them dived towards the door from opposite sides of the restaurant to open it for me.

But the best was yet to come.

As I walked out, there, in the car park, broom in hand, was the Managaress, SWEEPING AROUND MY CAR!!!! "Thank you" she said sweetly, "Hope you enjoyed your meal, do call again".

I got in my car pi$$ing myself with laughter as I drove away. I half expected them to have formed a line outside and to wave me off but sadly no.

How was your burger job Spikey? Did you get a floor show too?

What? She didn't clean your car for you too???? Not sure I'd go back there if I were you, the service obviously wasn't A* standard :rotfl:

I'm yet to see a floor show, but I can't wait to see one hehe.
