I'm new to this mystery shopping (just completed my first 4 assignments this week), and I've also registered with RE. Does anyone know what's the best time of day to be checking for jobs? I've been looking frequently, and haven't seen many at all (3 pub jobs that weren't suitable for me) - am I missing them, or does it just mean I live in an area that doesn't get much work (Derby)?
Also is it safe to stop checking at the end of normal office hours - or do jobs get posted after this?
Thank you.Aim to make £1000 MSing in 2010 £54.49/£1000 Jan

It's worth remembering that RE tend to only show you pub jobs until you come off probation. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

That's a shame. I'm going to be mostly doing shops with my son in tow during the day :-(Aim to make £1000 MSing in 2010 £54.49/£1000 Jan

Once you're off probation there are more jobs but most of the time they prefer you to do them alone - although other parents on here can probably advise you better as to which jobs they don't mind being done child in tow! It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

As a mother, I would recommend trying to do the jobs without him.
Little ones are a distraction for both you and the shop staff. You need to focus on remembering doing everything in the brief and making mental notes on visutal observations and your conversations. It's hard enough doing that alone, without trying to look after a child at the same time. If they are crying or playing up, it's not fair on the shop staff if you are not giving 100% attention because you're trying to soothe your son.
I do take mine when I'm desperately stuck, but most of the time I work alone. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Hi guys and girls
I have just completed my first assignment for PIP.
On trying to submit the lengthy report I had written, the form cleared and I had to write it out all over again:mad:
Now having rewritten it it will not submit. Nothing happens when I click the submit button.
There are no outstanding issues with comments/answers
The office at PIP is closed.
Can anyone help?
Much much appreciated xIf you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0 -
