still no norwich cat shops :mad: is it just that i cannot see them? perhaps done them too often only one of the stores was listed last week

also did not see any norwich discount designer (even in booked search when they first came out)

I sometimes find that in my area, the jobs appear the day after the email goes out, so might be worth checking tomorrow. No such luck for me this time though as I checked the "Booked Visits" for my area and every single shop is listed.

On the plus side, I've picked up a HB - yay!

Has this happened to anybody else? I'm really annoyed about it. I did a tiny job for RE, assessing a coffee shop on a station. The assignment gave the name of the coffee shop and its location as XXXXX Central Station. I did my assignment and uploaded the coffee shop receipt which says xxx, XXXXX Station. I had it showing as an Assignment Query and when I rang up about it RE said that there was some difference on the receipt to do with the location but that they would sort it out. Well, they have - after a fashion. Got home from a heaving city centre today after doing 4 audits and 2 different coffee shops to find an email saying I'd shopped the wrong location, wouldn't be paid and that it would have to be shopped again!!! Got home too late to speak to anyone so I've emailed to say I think THEY must be mistaken and that I'll ring them tomorrow. I know I didn't go to the wrong place - XXXXXX is quite big but there's only one Central Station and one xxxx coffee shop on the platform. And the thing is, it's just under £7 but it's the principle of it.
Has this happened to anyone else with RE?

yes! twice! usually it is the clients fault as they have given RE wrong address and obv re don't have local knowledge for everywhere. on my last one re sent me an email saying i wouldn't be paid and did i want to do it again as i had been to the wrong location.

there was only one resturant in my city but they said they had checked previous receipts and they matched the address given. for some unkown reason the company had changed their receipt to the local area name but not informed re. i did eventually get paid after i told them to check with the client and told them what was left and right.

Jobs at Edinburgh Haymarket station are regularly listed as being at Waverley. Never got so far as actually doing the visit in the wrong place, but have signed up a couple of times only to remember and have to confirm with RE.
