Thanks Rosy for the sound advice.

I would appreciate it if you could tell us a bit more about your history. I am very interested to learn from you.

Not in the habit of telling strangers my life history. And as for this forum I will help with questions and advice occasionally, however I have built up a good reputation with agencies and take my confidentiality agreements seriously. I am selective in what I divulge for the protection of my future work. Selfish I know but no one spoon fed me. I just worked professionally and continue to do so.

I like this forum as it is interesting to share some thoughts. It is a shame when things get a little off track. I feel it is because many of us value our work more than just a way to make a few fast bucks. Anyone who thinks that’s what Msing is all about really won’t last very long.

Ok folks I have a new game.

It’s not much fun for those of us who have made use of the ignore button if people are still going to feed the troll.
What can we have as a forfeit for people who are rising to the bait and still feeding the resident animal?
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

    Intersting. Please keep posting.

I like the way you write, it comes across as very knowledgable and professional. You come across as someone who has been in the game a long time.

I will do my best to build up a good reputation and will look to be more 'secretive'.

And no i don't think it is selfish at all. One has to work hard and make their own way in life.

I am interested in hearing about your past experiences really. What you learnt and how you got better at MS.

What was your first MS like ?

    Hello everyone, "Happy Monday"!

It takes me ages to catch up on reading this thread when I go away!
Well I'm now down to MSing just Monday morning, Tuesday morning, Friday morning and weekends but it's working out OK. I have to fit it around DS's new nursery hours which I've cut down now I've given up the day job! Can get the odd evening job in too if DH is around.
    So this week I have

    Monday - Supermarket and Chicken
    Tuesday - Sandwich
    Friday - Phone shop
    Saturday - Health Club.
A slow start but who knows what will show up over the next couple of days? Got a few booked in for next week already which is good.
DD's birthday tomorrow so just finished baking biscuits for her class mates (cheaper than bags of branded chocolate which seem to be the norm these days. Money is a bit tight here at the moment!) Got 6 nine year olds round for tea on Friday night (ugh) then off to the Clothes Show Live on Sunday!! DH is giving me money for an early Christmas present so I can treat myself - can't wait!

Hope everyone is well and not too infuriated by current "goings-on" here!

Edit....have to say something in response to this though......

Sorry, I've been busy for the last 2 hours.... anything going on I should know about?
Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

Nope. All in all it's been a quiet evening.

    Bless you, ignore list.
