Hi all - i'm posting this again seen as the ignored one has taken up the board again.

Prob a stupid qu but I'm doing my 1st pizza delivery job tomorrow, it says i need to order the specified dets on the assignment which is fine but can I order additional items too???

I don't think you are allowed to, because ordering extra items could affect preparation and delivery times.

Thanks Rosy for the sound advice.

I would appreciate it if you could tell us a bit more about your history. I am very interested to learn from you.

Having said the above i would actually give negative feedback for incedibly bad service..If i was annoyed enough i would go to great lengths to give my feedback.

Since the main requirement of a mystery shopper is to be objective, not to launch a personal tirade against a particular outlet, I am sensing that perhaps you are not cut out for mystery shopping.
If it weren't for mystery shopping I would never have discovered the joy of launch control.

I actually don't plan to lie in my MS. But at the same time i won't be harsh either. I want to be as accurate as possible and be constructive. I'd much rather have excellent service then continuosly poor service.

When i have been to some of the upmarket clothing shops the staff have been alot more friendly then the more low class ones that hire teenagers on minimum wage who don't want to be there.

I have always appreciated elder people for customer service then the young youth.

This is just am opinion but i don't doubt that others too share it.

I am actually expressing a few opinions to get an understanding of peoples reactions. The post of the last 30mins have been useful to me as they tell me more of what i should'nt be doing.

    I am learning. :-)
  • Where is your Gyp brekkie on Wednesday? Mine in Swanley and Crayford on Thursday.

ABORTED my visit to Lakeside today. Sat in a traffic queue for over an hour and a half waiting to get onto the M25 to get through the Dartford Tunnel ... think it was busy due to the Blackwall Tunnel being closed ... I didn't want to risk not being back in time to pick the kids up so turned round and came home. 2 hours to go about 10 miles, LOL!!

And you've not got my kids on Friday as we're away (you don't have them anymore anyway!!!!)
Oh, the traffic was an absolute nightmare today. I had to go to Charlton for sports shop visit. 2 hours later I got there!! Should NOT have gone on the A2, one minute it was fine, next BANG  didn't move for an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, did the job, just finished typing it up. Breakfast is in BH on Wed. One day we will meet up for something!!!!!!! Yes I know I don't have your kids anymore, but it sounds good doesn't it!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

OK - We will try and help where possible. Please excuse Tractor girl for her abuse. We all have 'bad days'.
