    Help!
    I am having trouble doing the test on TNS. I only have one attempt left.
    I have read through the instructions several times and fail to see how I have failed. There is only 10 questions but fail to see where i am going wrong.
    Any suggestion greatly appreciated.

    Read through the instructions again and again and use common sense. Sorry, we don't like to help people with the answers because the whole idea of the questionnaire is for TNS to assess who wouldm abd who wouldn't, be a good Mystery shopper so it must be all your own work.

    I think you only need to press it if you want to add a note to the end!

    The hash key alloys you to make a comment at the end. The main recording will arrive ok.
    Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

    Thanks TG, no problems, have read thru now several times. Still cannot see where I've gone wrong.
    Can I abort and re-do my final attempt at a later date? As I feel I need to look again another time when I am refreshed.

    grrrrrrrr just accepted re visit, can be done on 30th-2nd. have gone to set date and will only let me select today! :mad: now i will have to phone them :(
