I got booted off the catalogue visits. They recognised me apparently. The only time I have been spotted, funny how it came after a bad report when the SA just couldn't be @rsed.

o no! i can understand why i might get banned from one branch for a while as i shopped them three times in a month and was served by the same woman! felt abit sorry for her!

reckon they do follow up bad reports as i got a refund from a manager in one branch and he did not ask for my house number and postcode. they obv disputed this as i got an email asking for a copy of the receipt a few weeks later (as it shows these sections as blank!)

It's not fair though is it. I mean that's the job isn't it to report accurately. There's no point doing it if you're just going to give them a glowing report every time. On the other hand, though, it wasn't my favourite store. I would have been disappointed to lose the red ones. As for their petrol I never even get a look in, I'm too slow!

Best to write glowing reports. When you criticise it is just more work and more time spent doing a job below minimum wage. Plus you could be asked further questions from the client. Better to keep my life easy and stress free.

The amount of time spent refreshing these sites looking for new jobs, then reading assingmnet notes, then visiitng, then writing it up....one has to question whether it is worth the effort and time ?

Thanks TG, no problems, have read thru now several times. Still cannot see where I've gone wrong.
Can I abort and re-do my final attempt at a later date? As I feel I need to look again another time when I am refreshed.

Yes, you can . I actually failed it the first time. Tried again a couple of months later and I passed.

and who grabbed the catalogue ones before me!
I got 4! And could still see others. I thought ABAi had a limit of 3 of any one brand?

SO whats the point of doing it then, you're there to assess the service and knowledge not just to lick their ar*es and take the money. Sounds to me like MS really isnt for you.

Having said the above i would actually give negative feedback for incedibly bad service..If i was annoyed enough i would go to great lengths to give my feedback.
