  • This week I am mainly shopping upmarket car dealerships, with a couple of phone shops and an outlet shopping centre for good measure. I was meant to do some today but I woke up with that "Monday morning" feeling and decided to have a day off instead. Am off to the Channel Islands for a few days next week - have been offered some really good incentives to go, but I bet it'll all get spent on Christmas shopping while I'm out there (as it's tax free I can convince myself I am saving a fortune - that's a little trick my wife taught me!)
If it weren't for mystery shopping I would never have discovered the joy of launch control.

    Morning all!! It's Monday again...

Today - sports shop for RE and supermarket lunch
Tues - 1 phone call, stationers shop, lunch at Bluewater (might rearrange this one!!)
Wed - breakfast courtesy of Gyp, 1 bank, 1 supermarket
Thurs - DAY JOB WITH TG's kids!!!
Fri - DAY JOB WITH TG's kids!!

A quiet week for me, :o Need to whack on with the christmas shopping really. Washing machine broken  got to wait in 2moro afternoon.

have a nice day everyone ;):rotfl:

Where is your Gyp brekkie on Wednesday? Mine in Swanley and Crayford on Thursday.

ABORTED my visit to Lakeside today. Sat in a traffic queue for over an hour and a half waiting to get onto the M25 to get through the Dartford Tunnel ... think it was busy due to the Blackwall Tunnel being closed ... I didn't want to risk not being back in time to pick the kids up so turned round and came home. 2 hours to go about 10 miles, LOL!!

And you've not got my kids on Friday as we're away (you don't have them anymore anyway!!!!)

You poor thing. I don't know about LOL - I'd have been fuming. I've had more than a few nightmares on the M25 (and M4, and M40, and M3, and M5 and .....) so you have my sympathies.

This week looks good for me. I limit to do 2-3 jobs a day (exception for Gap!) because I don't want to spend too much time in the evening doing those lengthy reports.

    Today - 1 phone order
    Tue - 1 petrol, 1 fast food
Wed - 1 car job (will go test drive if offered :D), 1 supermarket, 2 corner shops
    Thu - 1 petrol audit, 1 supermarket, 1 petrol
    Fri - 1 supermarket
Sat - 1 petrol & 1 corner shop (at the same station!), 2 Gap coffee

Hope I'll get the ice cream jobs from React.....still pending

Sounds like a nightmare day TG. I hate being stuck in traffic.

Here I go again on my own....
  • I'm not that busy as I have a hospital appoinment and my first acupunture treatment this week  but have a sandwich visit today, supermarket tomorrow, and doughnuts and a phone shop Fri. Was hoping to get some in Liverpool city centre on Thursday, which would make up a little for having to go up there and get prodded and poked , no luck yet though.
